Thank you for visiting this website. Psychotherapy offers a confidential space to talk and process difficult situations that affect normal functioning and ability to cope effectively. There are various types of psychotherapy approaches and all aim to reduce distress and to restore or to gain well-being.
Tatiana is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (C.Psychol.Ps.S.I.) and a Psychotherapist specialised in eating disorders, weight management and trauma. She has a doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. Tatiana has been working in private practice in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin since 2008, being fully trained to work with people of all ages, including children, adolescents and families.
Tatiana has completed specialist trauma therapy in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and various modules in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), including CRM Basic training, Advanced Core Self, Treatment of Severe Dissociation and Generational trauma training.
